Silver Flambé
One of our newest colors, this silver color works well in any flame, reduces well, and produces almost every color of the rainbow.
  MB079 Yellow Pearl
One of our newest colors. If this is worked long and hot, it will turn a beautiful ivory.
MB018 Blue Flambé
One of our newest colors.
  MB0411 Green Flambé
This is one of our newest colors and is a green, blue silver color that works well in any flame and reduces well.
MB011 Cobalt Blue
One of the most appealing basic colors, is easy to work with and is little stiffer than other transparent colors. Cobalt can take lots of heat. Avoid reducing flame. Neutral flame works best.
  MB012
Blue Lightning
A cobalt based color which contains silver. This color strikes to opal with greens, blues and whites.
MB013

Rainbow Blue
Nice dark blue glass with violet overtones. Work in a neutral flame and finish with a light reduction.
  MB014

Blue Reflection
Striking color with a very nice light green, blue and purple.
MB015

Silky Satin Blue
A very stable semi transparent blue with a touch of green that works easily in all flames. When encased has a light silky sheen.
  MB016

Lustrious Blue
A rich blue with a fantastic metallic sheen when incased with clear. Be careful not to over work. Not suitable for deep encasements. Try combining with Silver Beach and Silky Satin Blue or just combine with Silver Beach.  Neutral flame and work cooler seem best.
MB017 Crystal Blue
This is a beautiful transparent blue. Very clear blue and easy to use color. No boiling issues. Use an oxidizing flame, as you can get some slight red reductions with this glass.
  MB021
Sunshine Yellow
A beautiful opaque yellow. This glass works great for all applications. Heat this slowly to prevent boiling.  Use a neutral flame.
MB022 Exotic Citrus
Yellow: Nice lemon color with some amber colors coming through. Blows out nice and easy. Friendly, easy striking.
  MB023
Exotic Citrus
Grapefruit:
This is the most red of the Exotic Citrus family. This strikes easy with lovely pinks, reds and creamy greens.  Not bubbly or boily, works great in deep encasement. This is a favorite.  Strikes deeper in the kiln.
MB031 Sunset Orange
An opaque orange that works great for all applications.  Neutral flame.  What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG).
  MB032
Pumpkin
A strong orange with just a hint of green that works great for all applications. Slightly darker than Sunset Orange.
MB041

Pistachio (M)
One of our newer greens, this has a beautiful light yellow-green translucent color. Use as a stunning base color for beads, or as a backdrop for other colors.  Work cool for deep encasements to minimize bubbling.  When used in small pieces, the color can appear a lovely ivory; in larger volumes, the color takes on a pleasant green glow.

  MB042 Guacamole
A nice saturated opaque green. WYSIWYG. Less yellow than Martini olive.  Use a gentle neutral flame.
MB043 Sea Green
Light to medium transparent color that will not reduce.  Neutral flame.
  MB044 Green Pearl
A mossy color that has a silky sheen. Repeated temp cycles causes a crystal growth which when large enough cause cracking. Reducing or overworking this color can result in incompatibility issues.  Not ideal for deep encasement.  Work middle to cool flame to avoid bubbles.  Slight oxidizing flame seems best.  Worth the time to work carefully – this is a beautiful color.
MB045 Martini Olive
It is the lighter of our two opaque greens. Care must be taken to prevent boiling.  Use a neutral flame.
  MB046 Green Envy
A very rich transparent green that develops faint wispy blue under strong oxidizing flame.  Neutral flame to surface color tends to opacify while interior color surfaces develop a range of colors from tan to blue. Careful not to reduce, it will give an opaque red to exposed surfaces.
MB047 Ivy Green
This is a beautiful rich opaque green. A true green, and very friendly. WYSIWYG.
  MB048
Silver Pine
This is a nice opaque green with silver in it. You can achieve some lovely blue and green transparent lusters.
MB049 Green Dragon
Extremely smooth semi-transparent olive green sparkling green color with pearl essence.  Start with a cool flame and then this glass can take any flame well.  Not appropriate with deep encasing
  MB051
Plum Harvest
Dark transparent violet that results in a violet-black tone and purple hues.  This works easily in flame atmospheres.
MB052 Silver Iris
Is a beautiful dark purple with lots of silver that is not affected by strong oxidizing / reduction flame. Get lovely blue/purple haze with annealing.  The color intensity increases in larger work with more vivid colors.  A popular color combo is Silver Iris and Magic Mirror.
  MB053 Violet Iris
Transparent purple/violet with a lot less silver than Silver Iris.  This is a great color for thick applications, sculptural work, and blow-outs.
MB061 Black Rose
An intense black with a dark rose violet undertone.  Surface can get a little grey in heavy reducing atmosphere; recommend neutral to oxidizing flame.  Black Rose is stable, durable and smooth.  Thinning can result in transparent color.
  MB062
Obsidian
A strong dark cobalt blue that does not thin out
MB063 Alaska Night
Blue-black striking color that changes into black, blue, gray, dark purple and bright blue. It’s wonderful in all applications.  A fun color to work with that can develop a silver reflectiveness with a metallic sheen.  Try this encased with a reducing flame.
  MB071 Silver Beach
A fast striking purple that is great for all applications. Oxidizing and neutral flames will give you dark purples, amber, yellows and blues.  Silver Beach has stable color in deep encasement.  This is a favorite.  Experimentation can yield surprising colors in pink, peach and green.
MB072 Light Purple Haze
Nice light transparent yellow with a purple haze which can develop a light white and yellow mix.  A reducing flame will give the surface a metallic sheen.  This color seems light from within.
  MB073
Silver Tears
Encased under an oxidizing flame gives transparent golden amber veils with a faint bluish reflective quality and you can get a mirroring iridescence on the surface.  Inside outs can give anything from amber to steel grays. Under neutral flame, surface colors can get a bit darker.
MB074 Almond Nugget
A light almond colored glass that when encased and using an oxidizing flame has inside veils of ambers to wispy blues but become more opaque with a reducing flame. Un-encased colors are lighter amber.  Pulls thin, stays creamy, and nice for deep encasements.
  MB075 Magic Mirror
Swirling honey with wisps of blue-purple and silver reflection. Blown out it tends to be a nice amber honey color. Outside work, with an oxidizing flame, gives a slight mirroring and iridescence.
MB076 Purple Thunder
This is a strong striking purple; very easy to strike. Beautiful pinks, rose, blue, creams and purples.  Use an oxidizing flame. Best results are with some flame striking.
  MB077

Stormy Weather
This rich opaque silver color combines purples, blues, violets, fuchsia, greens and other earth tones and is a favorite of many artists.  Easy to strike; try selectively cooling and striking for different effects.  This color is great as stringer, backdrop or by itself; excellent in marbles, sculpture or larger applications.  One of Momka’s BEST.
MB091 Charles Brown
Transparent brown. This easy to use color has a smooth consistency and is great for sculpture and color blow outs.  WYSIWYG.
  MB092
Brown Glitter
This rich sparkly brown is very saturated and works smooth.
Use a slightly reduced flame or oxidizing to neutral - melts & flows smoothly. The reflection of the sparkle will pick up adjacent colors.  Don’t overwork or deep encase.
MB101 Cinnabar
A striking color that is a dark shade of ruby. It develops its permanent color while working and doesn’t overstrike.
  MB102
Carmen Red
This is a brilliant rich red that works easily and is stable. It can loose intensity if it is over heated.  Carmen Red needs to be worked in an oxidizing flame.  Good in all applications and is very good for inside-out work.
MB103 Cherry Brandy
An earthy red opaque color that strikes to multiple red hues. This creamy color is easy to work, but needs a neutral flame.
   MB104
American Beauty
Beautiful deep transparent striking red that works well in deep encasements and is a fast self-striker.  This is nice for surface work and un-encased can give you some blue-purple sheen.  Use neutral or oxidizing flame
